Winter Solstice Online Retreat
20th - 21st December is a major light portal day: The Winter Solstice, the equal day and night, the great balance before the rebirth of the Light as the days will start growing longer.
A very powerful opening, honored by many ancient cultures to strengthen their connection with the divine and a huge opportunity for us to reflect on 2020, to release all that doesn't serve us anymore, and to welcome 2021 with conscious affirmations that are perfectly aligned with all that we want to manifest on a personal but also a collective level in 2021.
At the same time, a huge planetary event falling together with the Winter Solstice opens a door to infinite possibilities. Jupiter and Saturn will be aligned at zero degrees of Aquarius, they almost unite, creating the brightest star in the sky, allowing us to shed limiting beliefs and low vibrational energies, to remember we are all connected to raise our vibrations together.

I am Apostolia Papadamaki, an internationally acclaimed choreographer, a transformational retreat leader and an embodied spirituality teacher. I studied Contemporary Dance, Contact Improvisation, Yoga and Alexander Technique in New York. As a lover of healing arts, and spirituality, I am trained in Shamanism, Music, Voice, Diving, Craniosacral Therapy, and Rei-Ki collaborating with inspiring artists, healers, and teachers in many lands. I love to dream and I believe in infinite possibilities. My highest intention is to keep opening the eyes of the soul and tuning into the frequency of Love no matter how life challenges me.
