A live online monthly workshop that combines 3 different modalities:

Meditative Yoga

Impulse Dance

So you can revitalize your health, release anxiety, balance your nervous system, improve your sleep and boost your creativity. Our meaningful regular meetings will become an anchor in your everyday life and keep you grounded despite the turbulent times we live.

What we will do together

Every Monday we will practice Breath Activation, every Wednesday Meditative Yoga and every Friday Impulse Dance, gathering through Zoom for 1h. Replay videos will be available to you to practice (or practice again!) on your own time. If you can not commit to the full program, Modalities & Sessions are independent so you can still benefit by attending any modality or drop in a session.  All levels, all genres are welcome.

Breath Activation

In this series of 4 group live sessions, we will practice embodied anatomy, diaphragmatic breathing, and pranayama, so you can reach your full breathing capacity, boost your energy levels, cultivate deeper self-awareness, strengthen your immune system, maintain emotional balance and rejuvenate your sleep. Breath is the essence of your life, the nectar of your vital force. 


 
Meditative Yoga 

A unique way to practice Yoga, emphasizing on how to ground your physical body and move effortlessly at the same time as well as awaken your body/spirit awareness. Learn how to link movement with your own breath and sound so you can reach a meditative state of motion. Gain extraordinary fluidity and relaxed strength through anatomical precision so you can vitalize your myoskeletal system. Achieve emotional stability by deepening your awareness on how to ground and become truly present.


 
Impulse Dance 

At the beginning of these 4 sessions, we will ground the body to activate full presence, shake to release physical and emotional tension and pulse to connect with the cosmic energy of the Earth. In the second part, we will step into the power of creative movement and authentic expression with guided thematic dance improvisations so we can fully embody playfulness and bliss physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Music will be our driving force!

Embody your Vital Force online live sessions will happen via Zoom. Complete the registration form at the bottom of this page and we will send you the details for the payment process and the Zoom link. The replay video will be provided to you right after each live session if you want to practice in your own time.

 

Fees

Drop-in, Fee - 10€ 

Each session is independent. You can just drop in and attend any course you’d like.

If you register after the modality has started, you will still get all the replays of sessions you have missed!
