I am Apostolia, an internationally acclaimed choreographer, performer, and a transformational retreat leader and teacher. I studied Contemporary Dance, Contact Improvisation, Yoga and Alexander Technique in New York. As a lover of healing arts, and spirituality, I am trained in Shamanism, Music, Voice, Diving, Craniosacral Therapy, and Rei-Ki collaborating with inspiring artists, healers, and teachers in many lands.

After 25 years of being a spiritual artist and a life changing teacher, I am honored to share with you the way to freedom, self-love, and creativity inviting Maria as a guest teacher to uplift the experience of vibrational movement and voice.

My highest intention is to keep opening the eyes of the soul and tuning into the frequency of Love no matter how life challenges me. The Happiness Retreat is an open-hearted invitation to share knowledge, experience, and joy with beautiful souls like you!

Accommodation - Rosy’s Little Village

Nestled between the sparkling waters of the Saronic Gulf and the fragrant pine forests of Agistri Greece, Rosy's Little Village is a tranquil retreat for relaxation, only 30 meters from a beautiful rocky and sandy private beach providing easy access to both shallow and deep clear water.

Surrounded by flourishing hibiscuses, oleanders, and geraniums, the light and airy accommodations at Rosy's are justly celebrated for their tasteful Greek simplicity. All rooms are individual, a perfect blend of comfort and down-to-earth charm, have air-conditioning, refrigerators, and balconies, commanding superb views over the emerald waters of the sea.

Our vegetarian nutrition will consist of pure therapeutic and delicious meals:Vegetarian delights, simple greek recipes, sunshine salads, and a variety of delicious vegetarian meals with organic vegetables and fruits from Rosy’s village garden, cultivated with love and care. We take special care of Vegetarians, Lactose and Gluten intolerant guests.

Information about Covid-19 and our retreats:

The Happiness Retreat commits to follow and keep up to date the official health protocols released by the Greek Ministry of Health to ensure the health & safety of our guests.

During our retreats, we will caution our participants and our colleagues to keep social distance and to wash their hands often. In the dining areas, we will avoid crowding and keep good hygiene with simple routines. We are limiting the number of retreat participants so that we can follow all recommendations. Every person will get a disinfected yoga mat and keep it for the duration of the retreat.

There will be clear and easily understandable instructions during the sessions in order to avoid physical contact between teacher and student. Although our retreats are heart-opening and soul nourishing we will keep safety distances from our physical bodies.

For those who will be sharing rooms ( except people who join together), we request that they have a negative molecular test result (PCR) for COVID-19, performed up to 72 hours before their arrival at the retreat.

The island is close to Athens and there are ferries from Piraeus port that can take you to Agistri in 75'.
