Dear soulful friends,
Join me in a joyful one-day and one-night gathering in the Corinthian mountain slopes, to celebrate the Winter Solstice with mindful practices, creating a powerful time of transformation, just before Christmas and the New Year.
During this amazing seasonal transition we will create space for clarity of mind, increase mental awareness and open the heart, a magnificent opportunity to nourish our selves and set new intentions for the coming year!
Our practices include Yoga, Dance, Song, Meditation, Drum Journey and Sharing Circle so we can release anything that doesn't serve us anymore, say good buy to 2019 with a clear heart and welcome 2020 with new intentions and blessings.
We will detox our physical body enjoying delicious homemade Vegetarian food, prepared by the chef of Noosfera with organic ingredients from the garden.
Nature will be our greatest ally so we can remember how to love and nourish the most important person in our lives: Our self. Putting our feet on the earth, dancing in the sunset, absorbing the energy of the sunrise, can awaken in each one of us what we already know: To be present, to be grateful, to be humble, to be loving, to be complete, to be free. Together we will create a foundation of freedom, love, and peace within ourselves!

Your teacher
I am Apostolia Papadamaki, an internationally acclaimed choreographer, performer, and a transformational retreat leader and teacher. I studied Contemporary Dance, Contact Improvisation, Yoga and Alexander Technique in New York. As a lover of healing arts, and spirituality, I am trained in Shamanism Music, Voice, Diving, Craniosacral Therapy, and Rei-Ki collaborating with inspiring artists, healers, and teachers in many lands. I love to Dream and I believe in infinite possibilities. My highest intention is to keep opening the eyes of the soul and tuning into the frequency of Love no matter how life challenges me. The Happiness Retreat is an open-hearted invitation to share knowledge, experience, and joy with beautiful souls like you!

How to get there
We usually arrange car pooling between participants.
From Athens by car
Take the National Road to Patra. After 119 Km exit on your right when you see the sign Xylokastro. You will reach a round, there keep following the sings to Xylokastro. Continue following the signs to Patra. Keep on going for about 4,5 Km. You will pass Kamari and you ‘ll get to Loutro. At the end of Loutro you see on your right (at the seaside) the sign “ Ano Loutro”. There, you turn left and continue up to the mountain for 11,5 Km. You will pass the villages Ano Loutro and Korfiotissa. 1,5km after Korfiotissa is the village Vrisoules where Noosfera Center is located. Just at the entrance of the village is the sign “Vrisoules”. After 50 meters check on your left hand, for the sign Noosfera. Turn left there and the small cement road will lead you to Noosfera Center.
Distance from Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos to Noosfera Estate: 148 Km ( circa 2 hours).
Distance from Kiato railway station to Noosfera Estate: 57 Km ( circa 50 min).
From Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos By train (suburban)
Pick the suburban train to Kiato/Patra direction. Get off the train at Kiato station. From there you can take a taxi to Noosfera (cost 45 €- special price for Noosfera 40 €- ask us about the phone number of the taxi driver) .
